Numerals look odd to me, like green/gold paint was applied by hand to white numerals already on the dial. Is it real?

typical discoloration for this type but it has (IMO) an incorrect caseback , 806 instead of 809 and a non original crown

btw, wasnt here an extra '24' mark on the V178 movements engraved somewhere ?

Yes, just wondering why the lume is different. Almost seems like it was applied using a different process - it appears thicker, but not as evenly spread to the boundaries of the numerals on one watch in comparison to the other.
