Probably recased with true falsification intention , caseback stamped with B and Breitling but wrong type and SN .

scratching my head here, ref. 4049 seems wrong, never seen that; caseback logo is wrong for this period, but have a look at the Japan catalogue of the mid 60s, case very much resembles the Top Time ref. 2011 ? definitely Franken, but interesting if maybe the upper case is original; though there was a very similar Sandoz case.
