but I dont believe its a Breitling at all

Agreed, reference numbers don't make sense, dial marking looks wrong. An unmarked movement is going to be attractive for someone though.

logo is surprisingly similar to the one dicussed here today download/file.php?id=14066&mode=view

neither a documented reference number nor a period correct serial number (though some people we know might claim it is from the early 1920s because of this number), do you see hallmarks ?

dial and case , except pushers, looks identical to this 'record geneve'

No Hallmarks that I can see , which is very strange as well
