Fairly certain that's either a Gruen or Elgin case because of the inner bezel and back. Probably correct Breitling dial and the movement is correctly stated as a Kelek. The bottom line is the watch is still worth about what it's at, as I write this, because of the sum of it's parts. The movements are getting increasingly hard to find in good shape. I was buying them for around $250-$400 a few years back but now they are more often in the $500-$700 range.
