It's not a real Breitling. There are many, many vintage Breitlings, but not with a Landeron movement.

dear sir, what do u mean about not a real Breitling, is it fake or franken?

I can't answer that without seeing pictures of it. All I can tell you from the description is that it's not original.

Though we have no pics of caseback inside/out, movement and crown, I am afraid the answer remains the same.
Like Roff said, not a Breitling.
