definitely real, though the dial seems a little to good to b true for a 1945 Premier.
will rise nicely, though hands might be replacements ?

Hands are definitely replacements. Dial is weird - a brand new dial with aged lume :huh

Interesting observations, thanks. It does look a little odd -- though, as you note, I'm sure that won't stop it from going for a great price...
