Please give me your opinion on this moonphase Breitling which has a case number but no reference number.

Dial is new. Breitling engravings also seem new.

Were there such models without a refe. number ? i would say no, and the fact that this people sell around 50% fakes of any brand on their Ebay site seems to indicate that this is a complete fake too.
