http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-BREITLI ... 3193084635 watch is all over the place with "tells", serial number for around 1946 but outside ducumented range, logo for mid 50s on badly refinished dial and bridge, etc. but the caseback engraving is frightening, looks quite good. Could this be authentic or did the fakers in China improve this much ?

I think that you got your images confused Fred - no outer caseback, just a nice 69 chrono-matic  edit - just saw the link. I don't think the caseback is correct. It looks too shallowly stamped and compare the box and printed Breitling with real and I think that the dimensions are off. |

sorry for the mixup, corrected, unfair to my 2111 to be shown in the FrankenFake section. you are right, caseback is imperfect, but by far the bst K have seen out of China |
