Original Breitling stainless steel bracelet with "B"-signed clasp. These early original Old Breitling Navitimer bracelets are relatively rare to come across these days, and add substantial value to the earlier Navitimers of the 80's and 90's, the period when these bracelets appeared. Because of its age, the clasp requires slight forward pressure to snap closed, but it does close securely with its fold-over lock.
These bracelets were delivered by Breitling with the Old Navitimer Models, such as 81610 and 13019, as well as on others during the 80's and 90's.
This Breitling bracelet is in very well-preserved condition for its age, with only a few light surface scratches that are easily buffed out. The most pronounced scratch -- though not a distraction at all -- is on the clasp above the "B", which would require a bit of extra buffing to remove, but hardly necessary to bother with IMO.
Should fit a 7 to 7 1/2-inch wrist as is, using the clasp's numerous micro-adjustments, but will also be accompanied by two additional removable links. There are currenly 10 links on the bracelet, not including the curved end links that mate with the case, and not including the two extra links. The links and clasp on these early Breitling bracelets were not code-marked other than having the stylized "B"-signed clasp.
