Born in 1987, I would love to find a birthyear stainless steel Navitimer 81600, could you contact me if you would be considering parting with one.

The watch does not need to be full set, and I would also be interested in an example from 1986 :D
Not a Cosmonaute one as I still don't get how to read the dial properly

Thanks a lot!

L.

I've been looking for one too and am still kicking myself about missing one a short while ago by a matter of minutes. Anyway, as you have probably found, the steel ones are about as rare as rocking horse s***. That said, I found this one, and since I have maxed out my watch budget for somewhere close to the next ten years, I thought I would give you the link. It's not cheap and I'm not even sure that it is listed for International shipping, but here you go...

I've got the rare Navitimer oyster bracelet for the 81600 so have been keeping my eyes open for the matching watch head (at a manageable price).

There ARE means of stripping the gold from the bezel on these, for the record...
