Post subject:  SOLD: Transocean Chronograph

REDUCED PRICE: $5250

I am offering for sale my Transocean Chronograph. I am the original owner of this watch which I purchased from a Breitling authorized dealer on March 24, 2012. Because it was purchased after January 1, 2012, it comes with the Breitling 5 year warranty -- that's 55 months of warranty remaining. The warranty papers are stamped and dated. The watch includes box and all papers.

The watch is in excellent condition. I have worn it during the past 5 months but I have been careful with it. It looks very good and runs well within COSC specs: about +3 sec/day. I am selling only because my old eyes have trouble reading the silver dial.

The strap on the watch is Breitling's short length to fit my small wrist. Because of this, I will put on the watch a new, genuine Breitling calf strap with tang buckle in your choice of color.

The price is $5250 including shipping from Switzerland (where I am located). For less than the price of gray market, you will get a watch less than 5 months old with 55 months of factory warranty. I will accept bank transfer only.

Please let me know if you have any questions. You can contact me via PM or at dmath AT mac DOT com.

David, it nearly brings tears to my eyes to see this lovely piece for sale here especially given the passion when you first reported getting it new only a few months ago.
That's the way it is however and good luck with the sale and I'm sure whoever gets it will be getting a great piece!!!

Cheers//W.

Wes, I still love the watch. It's a modern classic in my opinion. If I could take my eyes back 10 years (or maybe 15  ), I'd be keeping this watch. On the upside, I'm sure that I'll love the black version just as much.

That's exactly it. If I buy 10 watches I get to take it up solo. :D
