I'm curious as to whether the bracelet can be adjusted by a mere mortal, or does one need to take it to an AD? If do-able by a regular guy, what tools are required, and is there any recommended source?

Thanks from a new guy.

Here are some diagrams that will help. It's easy to do at home.
