That sucks! Are they going to switch them back for the right size?

The strap and bracelet spring bars are different. Don't mix them up.

After going back to the AD they said the spring bars they gave me are correct. The do fit the lug the problem is I can't get them compressed enough to go back in. I noticed on the bracelet/strap FAQ that there is a tool for putting the ProII bracelet back on. Is it available for purchase?

Thanks Again

Bergeon 6767F is the preferred tool, available for around $10 at many places online.

I have that tool but I cannot get the the spring to compress enough to go in and you can't put the lug in at an angle. This is becoming such a pain I might just sell the strap and deployment buckle...

I suspect that what you are doing is putting one end of the spring bar into the hole before trying to compress the other - that's not going to work - ever.

What you need to do is:

1) Put one end of the spring bar against the lug - not in the hole, just between the edge of the lug and the hole.
2) Compress the other side and put that in so that it is held against the lug
3) Move bracelet until both sides pop into the holes

Takes a bit of practice the first couple of times but it works.
