Hello I'm looking for a pro diver 3 for my Chrono avenger. I called Torneau and they said they could order one for 450. I though that was a fair price. However, I wanted a titanium clasp for it to match the case. The closest thing they have is a brushed stainless. I'm not sure how close or far apart the finishes will differ and I'm worried about it clashing. Anyone have any titanium case watches on rubber bands? How do the finishes match up? I may go aftermarket but I'd like to check all my options before I make a selection, and I'd rather stay OEM. Thanks in advance.

I'm just going to order it. I guess they don't make a titanium buckle. The brushed looks good I've seen a few pics with them on CAs and they look fine to me. Thanks anyways

Matt,
I have put my CA on an Ocean Racer strap with brushed deployant clasp and it looks fine. I ordered a pro III as well and looking forward to getting it for summer! :D

Don

Sweet thanks! I figured it wouldn't be too much of a difference. Just wanted a second option other than my own. I actually ordered a pro 1 I got a really good deal on it. I'm still planning on a pro 3 but that will be later down the road.

Just ordered the pro 3. 6-8 weeks wait time! Got it for 150 from Govbergs. Now the wait is gonna be the killer!!
It was also 300 dollars cheaper than another place I checked out in NY.

$150??? Strap only should be $75, and the clasp is $375.

I'm not sure if its a buckle, that's why it would be cheaper.. Hoping for deployment. Needed a brushed finish to match my CA. I got a pro diver and the buckle was polished and it didn't look right. I know Govbergs discounts, but I have to wait and see. I spoke with Greg and he seemed busy at the time. I will let you know as soon as I can though.
Edit: I checked the invoice and it clearly says tang.. Now we know why it was cheaper :)
