Kain heritage just sent me pictures of repaired alligator strap, the longer part of the strap seems fine so i won't post pictures of it.

But they replace my shorter strap with a new one and the new one has the same slanting issue wth ? They installed the fat boy spring bar and i can see that the right side of the bar is higher than the left but kain claims that it is straight.

What do you guys think, he sent me this photos. The second picture suggest that they are the same, but u look at the left side again, he pulled up the ruler 1mm more... the right side is 1mm lower than the left.... i don't know if this is intentional.

I am thinking of accepting this problem strap, can someone tell me if it will straighten by itself if i wear it for months ?

I think it looks pretty straight...

As I mentioned, no strap is ever perfect in this area and it doesnt have to be because it molds to your wrist as you wear it.

That means the leather will ultimately mold to your wrist through multiple changes in size. Keep in mind that because wrists taper, the side closer to the hand will be slightly shorter than the other side.
