Hi everyone.
My watch has alyways been a littlt tight. I deceided to
add a link. My jeweler is no longer a Breitling dealer :(
I am taking things into my own hands, I think. I ordeded 2 links
from AuthenticWatches.com. when they arrived they were a little wider
than the links at the clasp. They are, the same width as the link at the
Case. Can the links be inserted just before the Case? there does seem to be a pin
where the Caselink asnthe band meet.
Thanks,
VJ

Sounds like you have ordered the wrong width links. The lug end connection is only for the unique end link for each model.

I assume when you say "lug" you mean the link that is attached
to the case that does not move. The non moving link or "lug" does
have a pin, not a screw, where it meets the band. Since the "wrong links"
are the same width I was wondering if they could be attached at the lug.
I the pin comes out the links would fit nicely at the top of the band.

Same answer as before, it won't work.

The link will simply work it's way out of the bracelet and the watch will fall off.
