Can some kind and informative soul tell me the difference between a 437X and a 438X?

They're both leather, cowhide, 22/20, and both listed simply as 'brown' @

434X is listed as 'light brown', so I was wondering whether one of these was medium brown and one darker etc. Thanks.

They are both brown.
437X is tang, 438X is deployant type.
