Agreed that it is a great idea for a new forum. Why do I get the feeling that we are going to know WAY more about Shark's personal life than before??

True story. I had bought my first real watch - Skyland Avenger. I new nothing about W/R or seals and gaskets. Nothing about a real watch at all. That night I was at a Mexican joint and ordered "fried ice cream" for dessert. If you don't know, fried ice ceam isn't fried, it is a big scoop of vanilla coated in crushed corn flakes and syrup or something, with strawberries and whipped cream. I scooped up a spoonful of whipped cream and it fell form the spoon right onto the watch - dead center on the crystal, bezel, and case. I more or less freaked out and started stuttering, "what do I do , what do I do." Someone said, "Eat it." So I did.

Then I joined BS and learned I could have immersed it in a tub of whipped cream and the watch would be fine. Though that would be rather weird.

Now someone start posting about straps!!
