Does Breitling make short leather deployant straps. I have a Transocean 3-hand and a relatively skinny wrist. I've found a nice Di-Modell short strap that works well with a butterfly deployant. I'm sure that with the Transocean's large lug-2-lug dimension that Breitling's standard strap would not work well with the Breitling deployant for me with this watch.

Not sure, but you can't go wrong with Di-Modell. So, if Breitling don't make a short strap you can always use the Di-Modell and keep the Ling strap for other purposes. Last longer that way too.

Sometimes, and it needs a bit of investigation, you might find that; if the deployment on the DM is the same size as your Ling, then a swap out might be possible. Assuming the Di-Modell is a deploy as well. I know I will get shouted down here but believe me, in some cases it is possbile. Many moons have to line up with each other for it to occur, especially the connections, but you should check that out if there are no other Ling possibilities. Have you tried utilising the strap from a smaller Breitling watch? Lug distance might be the issue, but what about a Colt or similar? Would that work?

Hi,

Yes short deployant straps are made. Go to the main brietling source site, there is a bracelet and strap article listing the code numbers and specs.

If you need a shorter strap, just add an "S".
For example: 744P is standard length, 744PS is shorter one.
For longer strap, add an "L".
So longer strap ref# is 744PL.
