or white

I am thinking this should be the same as the dial color, to simplify the look some what.

Voted blue, looks very cool IMO. Black is fine as well :D

It may be too late for this suggestion (it just occurred to me), but any chance of a DLC coated case??

That would look absolutely awesome, IMHO. Sort of like the IWC Top Gun:

My ultimate design would be the existing Nav-B-Uhr chrono, but with DLC case and at least a red second hand (or maybe red-tipped hand on all of the subdials). But the main hands would still be in black.

If it's not possible to do the DLC coating, still what about a red-tipped subdial hand or all 3 subdial hands red? Could they do that?

Don't mean to throw a wrench into the works, here, but just thinking about what would make the most killer-looking pilot's chrono in existence. ;) Basically taking elements from IWC Top Gun and improving upon them.

We decided to stay away from surface coatings as they seemed to polarize people, however that is a possibility if enough people ask for it.

Sounds reasonable.

What about the red hands on subdials? Is that a possibility?

I agree with Mofongo that red on the chrono hands would be very interesting.

Why the hurry to close all polls? If I understood it right we would need 20 people for this LE. Then closing the poll after only 9 votes, why?

Time constraints, we need to get this order in early if we want a Q1 delivery date. This is the busiest time of the year for orders as that is when they manufacture their own stock I believe.

I take the polls as a sample of general taste, polls are pretty accurate
