OK, this is the big one.

I have not included any sort of coating so as to not eliminate anyone, as it seems they strongly polarize people. We will stick with either steel (polished or brushed, later decided) or Titanium (NOT bead blasted)

I am just not a fan ot Titanium. I guess a Ti bezel would be OK, but I would really prefer to gain our aesthetic interest in differing steel treatments (later decided as mentioned) :D

Good ol' stainless steel here for me.

I could just about cope with a steel/ti mix at a push, but all ti would be a deal breaker for me I'm afraid.

OK, I just changed my vote to the steel and Ti. I have been looking at that VC picture and think with the slate dial the addition of a Ti bezel would look pretty nice. And the contrast to the case will set it off as not just another watch.
