Any idea what this is? My wife saw this in duty free coming home from Jamaica and I am trying to find out in time for the holidays. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

May I recommend that when you visit an Authorized Dealer to see and possibly buy that watch for your wife that you consider purchasing it with the two tone "Pilot" bracelet attached to the watch head. You can additionally purchase any strap option available for the watch including the yellow lizard strap shown in your pic. The bracelet is quite often the 1st choice for some ladies and having straps as well increases wearing attire options. Just an opinion based on lady Breitling purchases for my wife, daughter, sister, mother and wife's friend... :)
Best,
Ron

Agreed, my wife wears her chrono cockpit on the bracelet most of the time, but loves having the red lizard strap to change it up sometimes

Just picked one up for my wife's birthday on Monday, sent bezel to New York to have set, just got it back an hour ago and reinstalled.
