Hi,

In another post, I noticed a couple of people remark that the first service was supposed to be for free (or should I say, 'included' with the initial purchase).
Now, I must state that they were discussing the 'Emergency'.

Is this specific to the 'Emergency' model, or is this supposed to apply to all Models?

It's specific to the Emergency. I was told that by the AD that sold me my Emergency Mission.
