So I’ve had two Aerospace at this point & both have suffered from the digital display being (IMHO) very faint. I’m not talking about what happens toward the end of the battery life, the display just always seems very faint to me. I don’t suppose this is adjustable within the movement at all?

I suspect the low brightness is to extend battery life, but at least for me I’d gladly trade some battery life for a more visible display.

As you say, it is what it is: it doesn't fade with a low battery, it is simply set low.

Of course if you regularly use the backlight to render the display more visible, the battery fails even sooner!
