I bought another Breitling watch last year, B55 this time. Right from the beginning I had tremendous problems in updating the watch and then just in basic settings with my Samsung Android phone. Watch was bought from London, Heathrow and I live at Finland.

Finally decided to change it to another model as it seemed like it is not possible to get it functioning properly. For that reason I have been in touch with support at Switzerland (Bianca Ingold) and they promised to have a solution for me early December. Since then I have not gotten any answers to my calls or mails.

Any good advice who could help me with the issue or who else should/could I contact.

I am very pleased with my other Breitlings and would just want to change this non functioning B55 to another model.

I very much doubt it will be sorted by Breitling, have a read of this thread I started ages ago:

Update: Looks promising as Breitling support has taken some actions and it seems like we are close to finding a solution. I will post how this ends.
