Post subject:  Breitling Seawolf losing time & now stopped for good

I purchased a Breitling Seawolf some years back from Adler's in New Orleans which was an authorized dealer. From the day I got it, it would lose about 5-10 minutes a week. I brought it back to Adler's & they would tell me they sent it back to Breitling for repairs. I brought it to them 4 times to send it in & they would tell me that it was adjusted by Breitling. When I called Breitling, they told me they have only received my watch once for service. I was told to send it in to be repaired since it has stopped completely. What does it cost to repair a lemon? I bought an Emergency in 2007 & it keeps accurate time. Was there issues with the Seawolf?

Well it sounds like it is in need of a service if Breitling have only seen it once, other times I assume that the AD simply regulated (which would have been all that I would have thought necessary if it was only out 5 - 10 minutes a week - that's within regulation tolerances. When did Breitling say that they serviced it?

It was done when I first purchased the watch. Never had a watch lose time like that. My Rolex's, Perrelet, & other Breitling have always been more accurate.
