Hi Folks,

Ive had my 2nd user Airwolf a month now, and absolutely love it. The sunburst on a blue dial is just stunning in my opinion :D

Two questions:

1. Can someone tell me if I can order a instruction book for a sunburst Airwolf from an AD? (As an alternative, does anyone have a PDF copy they could share?)

2. Is it possible to synchronise the watch to a time signal? I've tried every combination of button pushes I can think of, and there doesn't seem to be any way of synchronising the seconds to a time signal.

Thanks Guys

Hi John,

I hope I'm not teaching you to suck eggs here (please ignore this if I am) but I am trying to help here :) .

I'm afraid I have no idea about #1 and I don't have a PDF version but in answer to #2:-

Here is how I set my watch to time signals. I make sure that the time is displayed in the LCD display as well as the hands by rotating the crown (that you know already I'm sure). Then, on pulling out the crown to set the time I press the lower of the 2 buttons so that the hours, then minutes flash and I rotate the crown to advance the minutes by say 1 or 2 minutes ahead of time. Then I press the lower button again so that the seconds flash and then advance the seconds until they are showing 00. Then I wait for the seconds in the time signal to count down until the actual time signal 'beep' (or whatever) then at exactly the same time I push the crown home. I tend to press the crown home about 1/2 a sec before the 'beep' as sound - brain - finger action is normally slightly delayed. This works for me and I hope this helps and is what you meant John. :brit

@ KMG, thank you, exactly as you described :D

Never occurred to me to set the seconds using the crown! Without a manual to refer to I was trying to think back to my early Aerospace and how I set that (Don't have it with me in Africa) and couldn't work it out! Many Thanks!

@ Roffensian, cheers for that, I shall order when Im next in the UK.

John,

My pleasure (I wasn't sure if that was what you meant and so I thought I would let you know how I do mine). Glad to be of help especially with so many 'Ling experts in here.

Hey,
I noticed on one of the other Breitling forums, either Timezone or Watchuseek (sorry Mods if we're not allowed to reference other sites; feel free to delete) that someone was offering to send people a PDF Airwolf manual. You might need to search for it on their forum.

Hi John,

I saw Novacastrian's response above and I did a quick search myself. Here in BS, a guy called 'Alien' posted a PDF manual for the B1 which (as far as I know) is identical in operation. Here is the link for that PDF (I hope you don't mind BS and Alien).

http://www.9x19mm.com/b1.pdf

I hope this helps John :) .
