Which specific tools should I be looking for? I'd like to pick up the proper tools to change straps, bracelets bezels etc.

With the Bergeon 6767F springbar tool and a set of fine/very fine jewellers screwdrivers you should be all set.

I recently bought a Bergeon 6767F Spring Bar tool for £8.40 or $16.67 from watchtool.co.uk, I think you can also get them from ebay. As you can see from my pics the tool worked a treat, perfect for removing the pins on both my watch straps so you should have no bother with that. I also bought a set of precision screwdrivers from the local DIY shop for removing links on my ProII strap which worked a treat! Hope this helps.

Cheers Andrew

OK, I believe I have found both, my only question is whether the Screwdriver set has the sizes I will need. Please take a look:

Springbar Tool is the very same, go for it!

The screwdriver set is quite expensive for all that it is although it will do the job. I'm sure you could get a similar set for much less than that at your local DIY store. :D

I find a 1.4mm screwdriver to work best.

Spring bar tool is spot on.

I got this set of screwdrivers - they're excellent.

This screwdriver set won't do you any good, they're too small. You should go for red, gray and purple if you want Bergeon.

I can't make out the colors on eBay, what sizes would those be?

Sorry... 1.20mm, 1.40mm and 1.60mm. You might want to get the black (1mm) as well for smaller stuff, but most Breitling bracelets have pretty large screws.
