I have Breitling Aerospace, and the bracelet tensioning spring
is broken, so it does not retract now. Is there a replacement
part or any other suggestions on how to fix?

You only real option is to get Breitling to fix it for you as they don't sell parts to customers, and a part like that is probably quite unlikely to turn up on eBay (which is your only other real option). With a bit of luck they may allow you to send just the bracelet in without the watch. Dunno where you are based, but give you local regional service centre a call - details on the Breitling website - and they will give you a quote and advise how best to sent it in to them.
