If you want an OEM bezel then Breitling is the only source and they don't sell them as retrofits.

As Roff said, although you may get lucky on the Bay if you keep an eye out. I stress the word 'MAY' as genuine OEM diamond bezels are reasonably few and far between, and additionally the Vitesse is quite an old piece now. But you never know.....
