Folks, Pulled the trigger on an MK II top time from around 64’ (?) congrats! though the earliest this watch could be from would be 1967, when the Mk2 cases were introduced. if there is no 7-digit serial next to the model ref. on the caseback, this would indicate this is such a relatively early Mk2 example - you'll then find a serial inside the caseback then that would allow to precisely date it. |

Congrats!! Lovely patina on the dial. I’m far from an expert on the reference but looks really nice to me. Only part I’m not sure about is the handset. Maybe it’s a later iteration that I’m not familiar with, but I thought these had white stick/baron hands more similar to a Speedmaster. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
