Does anybody know where i could buy hands for a vintage Navi online??

You'll be very, very lucky to find them. You see some vintage parts on the Bay, but there is a very limited supply of genuine hands and if a watchmaker does get hold of some they are extremely unlikely to sell them - they are worth far more in his or her inventory to be used in servicing.

If you want to get hold of genuine hands then your likely only option is to have your watch serviced by someone who has them and can use them in the servicing.
