I'm going to chime in first and take a swing at it... but that dial don't look original to me...

but the cardinal rule here in this forum is...

"do not buy from S. America"...

yes on occasion you will come up on some pieces that are actually legit, but it's pretty rare...

the watchmakers in S. America all seem way too eager to always add an engraving, or add this, or add that... :lol:

Sometimes you'll see pieces that are good to go, but an out of place engraving somewhere on the caseback or bridge hoping it'll add value... pretty ridiculous...

178 is a common vintage model with the Venus 170 movement, but this is wrong.

Dial is redone, all the names have been engraved afterwards - bad frankenwatch.
