Hello,

I have a Chronographe singned on its dial with "MONTBRILLANT" in block letters, on the inside of the bacj with "MONTBRILLANT WATCH MY" and "stainless steel back ". Outside of the back serial-no "625826" and reference "178"

Calibre is Venus 170, but RXY signed, not WOG

Usual the Breitling watches from 1945 was signed with "Breitling", not with "Montbrillant"

Does anyone kwows about using the name Montbrillant in this late periode ?

Yes till 1928 it was not unusually.

In the begin of Leon Breitlings career he had problems with him father or grand-father, because this he couldnt use the brand name "Breitling", it was occupated from another company "Breitling-Laederich" since 1845. Leon Breitling used brands as "Sprint", "Montbrillant", "koko" or "Vitesse". BUt from 1928 the watches where usual signed with "Breitling".

My watch has a serial number from 1945, this is unusualy.

If you want to insult me by PM then feel free, but do not lie about me

You are so close to being banned it's not even funny - I already have approval from admin and the other moderator that one more 'I can't post' and you are gone - and there have been a lot since then.

The only reason that you are still a member is because of me so I very strongly suggest that you start acting professionally.

You have not asked me anything. Not publicly, not privately.

The last PM I received from you was the one where you informed me "envy eat your soul".

The Photobucket instructions are here - viewtopic.php?f=5&t=453

The only time that you tried that it didn't work and I have no idea why. However, because you tried to follow the rules I uploaded the photo for you and if you have Photobucket problems again I will upload the photos on your behalf.

I have no idea what more I can offer to do.

Directions:
1) Take a picture of the watch with a digital camera and upload it to your computer.
2) Go to the BreitlingSource website and log in as BreitlingMuseum using your password.
3) Go to this board: Vintage Breitling Discussion and select this topic. Here - I'll make it easy here's the link viewtopic.php?f=11&t=13588&p=104929#p104929
4) Select "post reply"
5) Write something witty like: "Here is my watch" in the area provided.
6) Select browse.
7) locate the picture you uploaded previously and double left click it.
8 Select "Add the file"
9) If the picture is to big you will get an error message.
10) If you get an error message that it is to big then you can reduce the size of the picture on your computer with a picture resizer of photoshop or you can upload a picture to Photobucket.
11) If the picture is not to big then Shazaam you've uploaded a pic.

Hope this helps.

I see you don't have a problem with multiple quoting.

Then I have a really good idea - I have the perfect solution. Let's allow you to link the photos from your commercial site.

You can do that in just one very easy step............

Contact admin and become a sponsor of the site just like every other commercial member who wants to link to their site.

Of course, but you have to understand that any forum have their rules and believe me, this one is one of the most loose with rules and restrictions.
