Hi all, I'm looking at what I think is a really nice Premier 777, but as I'm still a novice at this, wanted to get others' weigh-in on condition. Does anyone see any issues with this piece?

Also, what would one expect the rough market price to be for a piece like this (assuming it's from a dealer and not an eBay find)? I've gotten mixed input so far from a couple friends on whether >$4K USD is ovepriced...
