Hello all, new member with a Navitimer Pluton 3100. I've searched (and searched and searched) but can't quite find an answer to this

Fresh battery, the LCD digital display shows time, date, etc, but the analog hands don't function.

Is this emblematic of a dead movement?

Dead movement. Find a working Seiko H461 and swap it out. Should be able to find a good one for less than $75. Just took a quick look at found this Pulsar. If it stays cheap and under $30 worth taking a chance on. I buy them this way usually and a battery generally fixes 90% of them. Make sure the light and chime works before swapping them.

It's a direct swap. All you have to do is change the hands and dial from the old movement. It's a Miyota Y652 movement that Breitling used.
