If we put the Breitling logo to one side for a moment then there is nothing at all that I can see wronf with the watch, and with an apparently correct 1957 1190 and a purchase date of 1960 there is every reason to suspect that all is fine.

The "Giro d'Italia " may be was autorisied for an italian Breitling dealer, this could be true.
But why they should change the Breitling logo ?
Another possibble explanation: the watch lay long time ( 1957 till 1960 ) in the shop window of an Italian dealer in the sun and needed therefore a revitalization of the dial. But its only speculation. Compare the colour of the background of the dial with mine, its to much white, only beetween the " B " its looks older. I remain thereby, the dial is refurbished.
