I had a conversation with a forum member via PM a couple of days ago, and suddenly I got the following message.

“You have 2 private messages currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages… they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available.”

See below.

But my folder is empty, and the messages still won’t be released, what am I doing wrong ?

Thanks for any help, Kurt B
