That car is the nuts, I live less than a mile from a Ferrari dealer here in MA. And drool twice a day when I drive by it. Mine don't move unless I push them. I have a bmw528xi that's it for me, and a 5 year old son

I had a M3 a couple years ago, they are well made. Just a all around solid car. I know what you mean, I have a 5 month old son. Trust me it was not easy justifying that car to my wife. I have a feeling it's going to wind up costing me much more than what I paid for it.

So far over all it is pretty sweet, but after a 6 hour road trip I did notice a few things that could be better. First is the spedo pictured to the rite of the tac is a digital screen that also doubles as your gps so you can see where you are going or how fast, but not both. Second is the paddle shifters on the back of the steering wheel in the way of where your turn signals would be. They put these guys on the steering wheel along with about 6 other buttons, witch would be ok except for your steering wheel doesn't stay in one spot. When turning your left indicator is now on the right, I'm sure once you get used to this it will be second nature just like anything else. It rides great and doesn't eat as much gas as I thought it would unless you are really pushing it. At the end of the day it will put a smile on your face and the face of anyone else with you and that's all that matters. Life is too short enjoy the hell out of it.

I would give my right one, and my friend who only has 1 nut would probably give that one up for that car.

You don't have to give them up, they are just on loan to your wife for a while. I'll give her the Amex for the weekend and she will forget all about it...

It's ok to let them think they run s**t on a day to day. Sit back and wait save up your ammo for something big. When it comes time for a new toy then drop the hammer. By the time the dust has settled they look back and don't even realize what just happened.

They are indeed. I have only sat behind the 458's wheel once and his remarks immediately came to mind. To be fair though, the speed can be set to show on the bottom of the left screen if IIRC.

Drive her in good fun mate, she's an absolute beauty!

They started out in life making beef herding tractors for Pete's sake and ended up using the same engines as a beefed up A6... can't go wrong there, at least if you're a beefy premiership footballer or a person ... Ähemm ... hooligan ... of equally refined taste ;)

Oh and be sure to go for poison green or flummery orange... Works a treat in downtown nightlife.

Noticed the beef-theme? Wonder why that is...
