Thanks for posting that. I knew about the "self help" method, but the rest of that article is news for me. My (now ex) girlfriend thought I was full of shite when I tried to tell her five time a week was the clinical threshold for helping to prevent prostate cancer. She told me I was just trying to rationalize my (in her opinion) abnormal urges. |
