This has happened once already, so I buy another watch.. this time much more expensive, and I pay $175 for Fedex shipping. $175 is a lot for shipping from the US to Canada. And then I get an email saying that Fedex quoted them $300 so they shipped it USPS Express Instead (they shipped it a day later than the said they would too). USPS costs $35. And he claimed to use Third-Party insurance, which I can't verify I don't think. So where is my $140 going? Apparently $120 of it insurance.

Why do people not feel the need to tell me when they are going from an Overnight service that was agreed upon to a service that takes 2 weeks? (USPS Express says 3-5 days but it always takes closer to 2 weeks, no kidding. Always.) Not to mention I had it shipped to my place of work, which accepts Parcels from UPS/Fedex at the door but Postal Parcels are supposed to be shipped to the PO Box, which was not given. I just don't understand why people don't ask you first. Am I being too picky?

Seems that "service" is a dirty word now days! Rarely accompanied by "good".

Having said that I rate FeDex as pretty useless too - my recent purchase from Interwatches sat in a London airport from the Thursday afternoon to the Monday afternoon while they worked out the tax & duty - either lost the firms calculator or never had a high value item shipped through there before.

I'm guessing that they don't even seem to bothered by your dissatisfaction.

Grrrrrrrr.......... :x

My whole reason for using fedex is that they expedite the customs process rather than letting it sit in a pile like it does with the postal service... otherwise it sits there for like a week sometimes while you wait.

You are not picky--things should be as agreed -if not contact should be made to explain or change to a new circunstance. most likely will not hapen :(
