I'm SO excited about this watch. I just received it earlier today. Chronograph, Perp Calendar, Moonphase, Chronometre. French Dial. Two-tone bracelet (not original to this model). Wow.

I'm considering changing it to the blue dial, but I'm not sure yet. 50/50.

Blue dial would be more readable IMHO, I love the complications.

Personally I've always loved the white/silver dial on the Navi Olympus, so I'd leave well alone if it was mine. (I owned one for a few weeks a number of years ago before selling it to a member here. Always kind of regretted selling it as it's a superb piece)

I have the exact same watch, albeit on a Stainless Steel Navitimer bracelet. Absolutely love it.

As a blue dial navi owner here are my two cents on the decision:

Image

If you go for the blue dial, then the contrasting white slide rule on blue will be the instant tell on all your pictures that you are wearing a navitimer. Looking back at my old pictures, no matter how low quality or far away I stand in the shot, you can tell thats a navi on my wrist. Quite a unique feature I must say :D

On the other hand, having an all white dial gives the watch a bigger face than what it really is. I covet this whenever I see my buddy's all white navitimer.

Hope it helps, it is not an easy choice for sure.
