Hey all!

Just received this beauty from a fellow here on Bsource (thanks Rplace). The watch has travelled a bit and comes from a, let's say, prominent member of this forum. The watch is very clean for a 20+ year old watch but is in bad need of servicing. I'm sending it next week to a watchmaker.

To my delight, the 441a bracelet from my Navitimer Olympus fits this case like a glove! I'm very happy about the watch. I have it on a distressed leather strap for now because I'm waiting for a black strap. Let's say the original croc has seen better days and it's time for it to retire! Here's a few shot, you can see better ones of this model by Ron obviously!

Cheers,

Absolutely beautiful, Mat!

Will you wear it often enough to get used to the 24-hour dial, or will the dial be a novelty that you have to focus intently on to figure out what time it is?

I love the Cosmonaute idea but I'm terrified that in a rush, I'll look down at "6:00" and forget it's actually 12:00.

Wear it well!

Hi Doug! Thanks for the comment. I think the hour marker is really easy to get used to. The challenge is more the minute marker, its a really busy dial and it can be easy to mix it up. If you take 2 seconds more it becomes easy enough to read.

Cheers!

Looks great on that bracelet Mat. I could never decide if I liked the front or the back more. Glad you like it.
