Hello guys,
First post here, happy to join the club! :D
I have been drooling over this Chronospace Blacksteel LE for the past month, I really like the styling and thinking about purchasing it.
IMO its a very cool Ana-Digi watch with lots of functions that looks different than anything else I had, mostly SS autowindings.
The only thing that puts me off is the massive 48mm size, I dont know if it is just simply too big for my 7 1/4"wrist. It looks like a monster next to my Rolex 41mm Datejust II.
What do you guys think? too big? Should I spend my money on another model as my first Brietling?
Thanks for your opinions.

Hi acerosys. Welcome.

If that's your wrist in the pics, then the CS looks OK for your size. Be careful of the black DLC type coating. If it gets scratched, its not an easy task to repair. Can't be polished or resurfaced and most likely the parts with scratched surfaces will need replacing anew. It will take a bit of knocking around though, and perhaps scratches don't worry you as much as they do me. I find with my coated watches I wished I could wrap them in cotton wool before each wear. I'm a bit of a WIS when it comes to scratches.

Anyway, other than that, what's not to like. :D

Thanks for your reply, hmm... I will go bananas the minute I ding it against a wall and screw up the DLC coating! :whiner:
Not trying to convince myself but the CS doesn't look that "huge" against my 44mm on the left due to the thinner bezel. Still debating :?

Nice watch but I, personally, would steer clear of the Black. I polish my bracelets on a regular basis and a scratch on the black would bother me. That said, it is a personal thing for me and certainly not a rule for anyone but just my opinion. Either way I like the watch and it fits you well.
Good luck with your choice, Frank.

I love mine to bits. Def not too big. I'm a bigger guy so the size is spot on. I also like that it's a limited run of 1000 and the blacksteel colour looks great. My other watches are stainless so I enjoy having the option of a different colour & style.

Looks great on your wrist. If size is your question I'd say go for it.

Isn't it 46mm? That's what Breitling's website has listed. Unless this is a different version?

LMK- 46mm may work for me, 48mm will be too big.

I think it's badass, and the mesh is so sick in blacksteel. Nice choice!
