Hi Guys, I am new to this site and breitlings in particular. I am keen to add one to my collection and will be a big buy for me. I wondered if someone could cast a critical eye over these two samples for me. A comment on authenticity would be good.... Hi and welcome aboard. Both watches are fine. Nice genuine pieces. The prices are OK too - not amazing bargains, but certainly OK, especially for the UK. You are doing the right thing by going to look and try them on, but if it was my money I'd be going for the first one (the blue dial SO). It's much newer than the second one (although there is a mark on the crystal which is annoying as you can't polish it out). The blue dial one is the newer slightly larger size as well...... but you'll find that out if you go and try them on. One minor point though - the guy says that the bracelet on the second one is the Pro II. It's not, it's actually the older style Fighter bracelet. |

The superocean looks good. Im not familiar with that dial layout on the colt though. Its from the same seller, so im inclined to believe its good though. |

Driver8 beat me to it - both are real. I like the Colt - you don't see too many of them around. Incidentally - if you are going to look at them in Maidstone, where abouts are you? I grew up in Eccles and my sister still lives in Leybourne. |
