I noticed that my digital display and second hand display are not synchronizing. How do I get them sync'd? Or is this something the factory needs to take care of?

No spinning of crown required.
Turn the crown until both displays (top & bottom) are blank.
Then pull out the crown.
Push bottom button to select HH MM or SEC
Turn crown to synchronize

Depends on whether you're talking about early Chronospace or late Chronospace. OP didn't say.
