Post subject:  It was a Breit day

I just got married last month (Oct 11th) and to my surprise, my wedding gift was this brand new Breitling for Bentley 6.75. I was eating brunch with my groomsmen and father the morning of, when my brother (best man) handed me a bag from my fiance. I opened it and was in total disbelief...she knows how much I like watches (have a ton, but nothing of this caliber) so I was totally shocked. After we ate, I went right to a local AD to get some links taken out so that I could wear it that day. It was pretty crazy, during the ceremony, I was caught checking it out a few times......

She bought the watch from authenticwatches.com, but it didnt come with the manual. She called them and they sent me one right away...man, its been a month and I still love it.

Congrats on both counts, and don't forget to tell your Wife, it is the law that when a lady buys her man a Breitling as a wedding gift, she must buy him a new one on each subsequent anniversary!

Congrats, she's a beauty, but you have to align the bezel. I'm surprised i'm the first to say it.

Welcome aboard

Many congratulations on the watch and the wedding. And if Shades was surprised about the bezel comment, then I'm surprised that I'm the first to say...............

Does she have any sisters?

Yeah, these pictures were taken the day of and the next day. I didnt align it right away.

Thanks for all the welcomes....I have been lurking/reading for about 2 weeks now and finally created an account. Everyone here seems very nice and knowledgeable.

Congratulations on both counts!
A month is nothing, wait till you have had it a couple of years and loving it
even more, and still taking glances at it during the day!
My favourite Bentley! Looks great with the silver dial.
Cheers,
Carl

Quick Question...the watch came with a 3 year warranty from authenticwatches, and a paper that says I can buy an unlimited warranty for an extra $295. I doubt it covers maintenance, what do you guys recommend?

Thanks
