I tried the search but couldn't find an answer to my question.

Is it possible to change the back of my Breitling to reveal the movement inside?

No.

There used to be an independent in Germany who made custom backs but don't believe that he is still in business. Also, Breitling will either refuse to service the watch or insist on replacing the display back with a factory back. At least Breitling is increasing the number of display back models now, if only on in house pieces.

Thanks for the concise answer.

I believe Thomas Preik is still in business in Germany:
