Well, it's been quite awhile since I've been on Breitling Source and unfortunately it's not under the best circumstance. Had my Bentley 6.75 stolen out of my hotel room in the French Quarter of New Orleans on 10/4/2014. Model/serial is A44362 2299101 and the watch was paired with the official Bentley rubber strap (deployant clasp) at the time (http://www.breitlingsource.com/strap_be ... bber.shtml). Police reports were filed but I've yet to hear back. Anyone else have any guidance on next steps? Breitling's contact information doesn't seem all that easy to find, so not sure how to report the serial number in case my watch gets sent in for service. Thanks all! Edit: Didn't realize I exclusively PM'd when I registered some years back so I guess this is my first public post as well! |

What a terrible thing to happen. Sad first post. I havn't heard if Breitling has a serial number tracking system in place. I know Rolex just started this program. You can call BUSA direct or go through a dealer or Boutique. Just have your serial number in hand when you call. Thats what everyone will want. Sorry to hear that, but glad that you are OK. Breitling will track serial numbers in the event of servicing so definitely worth reporting to them and Ken has provided contact details |
