The Breitling 04 Movement
Image
A GMT Navitimer with an in-house was a watch I've been waiting for Breitling to make for years. The beautiful display back is also new for non-special edition Navitimers.

This is a different watch than Breitling's previous GMT Navitimer, the Navitimer World. Unlike the World, the new Navitimer GMT has an in-house movement (the B04) and a display back. The dial is also different due to the location of the date window and subdials. Another useful change is the quickset hour hand (as opposed to the World that had quickset GMT).

For a 48mm watch, it wears nicely on my 22cm wrist

This is a watch I've waited a long time for. I'd had my eye on Navitimers for a long time, in particular the Navitimer World but was torn between that and a Navitimer 01. Now that the 04 movement is available and in the Navitimer, it was time to add this beauty to my collection.

Oops it's my first post and I just realized maybe this goes in the reviews section? If so, please move, sorry!

Love that watch. I wanted that style too but I also wanted the blue face. Settled for the navi 01 46mm. Wear it well!!!

Enjoy that wonderful piece. It should do very nicely for timing holding patterns.
